Pre-orders reserve an item before its release date. You pay at the time of ordering, and the item ships as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Estimated release dates are shown on each product page.
Back-orders are for items that are currently out of stock but expected to be restocked. Delivery times depend on manufacturer availability.
Yes. We are the official European store for Good Smile Company. Every item ships directly from our European warehouse and is 100% authentic.
No, not for EU orders. We ship from within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import taxes. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local charges.
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our returns policy for details. To change an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible.
We accept PayPal, credit card, direct debit, bank transfer, and Klarna. All available options are shown at checkout.
