Ordering in Europe
- New pre-orders and in-stock items are ordered here, on goodsmile-europe.com, which Figuya GmbH (Berlin) operates under licence from Good Smile Company. Nendoroid, figma, POP UP PARADE, scale figures, MODEROID and the rest of the range are all here.
- You don't need to order from the UK. Orders ship with DHL from our warehouse in Germany, so there are no customs or import fees within the EU.
- Pre-orders are paid at checkout. Shipping is charged once the items arrive at our warehouse, so you can combine several pre-orders into one parcel. How shipping works.
- Your goodsmileeurope.com account didn't carry over. To order here, sign in with a Figuya account, or create one on the way.
Customers in the United Kingdom
- Please order from goodsmile.uk, Good Smile Company's channel for the UK.
- We don't ship new orders to UK addresses.
