Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a named third party) take physical possession of the last item in your order.
How to Cancel
Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by letter or email to:

A brief message including your name, order number, and the words "I hereby withdraw from my order" is sufficient.
After Cancellation
- We refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method. No fees are charged.
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
- You are only liable for any diminished value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Condition
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Opened boxes are fine — we understand you need to check the contents. However, items that have been used, assembled, or damaged beyond normal inspection cannot be accepted for a full refund.
