What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to process your orders and provide our services:

• Account data — name, email address, delivery address
• Order data — items purchased, payment method, shipping details
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information (collected automatically when you visit our site)
• Communication data — messages you send us via email or contact forms

• To process and fulfil your orders
• To communicate with you about your account and purchases
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, commercial law)
• To understand how our website is used, with your consent (analytics)
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to find and fix technical errors

Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing orders and payments, managing accounts, checking delivery addresses
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — tax and commercial record-keeping
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — fraud prevention, error monitoring, fast and secure delivery of the website
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG) — analytics cookies

How Long We Keep It

We retain your data only as long as necessary for its purpose. Statutory retention periods (e.g. 10 years for commercial and tax records) override shorter periods. When consent is the basis, data is deleted upon withdrawal.

Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies and local storage for the shopping cart, your login session, the order process, and remembering your cookie choice and notices you have dismissed. These do not require consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Until you allow analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.

Third Parties

We share data with the following service providers, only to the extent necessary:

• DHL — name and delivery address for shipping, and the location you search for when choosing a DHL pickup point
• PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg) — processing PayPal and credit card payments
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — address suggestions and address validation while you enter a delivery address; with your consent, Google Analytics
• Twilio SendGrid — delivery of order and account emails
• Sentry — error monitoring: technical data about errors that occur on the website
• Cloudflare — delivery of product images; your IP address is processed to serve them

Some of these providers, or companies in their groups, are based in the USA. Transfers there are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, and otherwise on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Anonymised, aggregated sales data is shared with Good Smile Company under the storefront licence agreement. This data does not identify individual customers and contains no personal data within the meaning of Art. 4(1) GDPR.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
