Good Smile Company sold the set first at its Anime Expo 2025 booth in Los Angeles and then through its own online store. Panty and Stocking were also released on their own; See-Through is only available in this set.
Sculpted by NEQ, creative direction by Shigeto Koyama. Panty and Stocking are about 10 cm tall, See-Through about 6 × 11 × 16.5 cm. Each figure comes with its own stand; the heads turn left and right.
